Welcome to Generate WPS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services operated by Marketing Digital Mind FZCO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of ServiceGenerate WPS provides software services for generating work permits and related documentation. Our service includes but is not limited to:
• Employee data management
• Work permit generation
• Document processing
• File management and storage

3. User AccountsTo access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use our service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Prohibited activities include:
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmitting any harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with other users' enjoyment of the service
• Using the service for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Payment TermsOur service is provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

6. Intellectual Property RightsThe service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Marketing Digital Mind FZCO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide our services to you.

7. Data and PrivacyYour privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices. We collect and use your data solely to provide our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service AvailabilityWe strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Digital Mind FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marketing Digital Mind FZCO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. TerminationWe may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing LawThese Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
